The Ukrainian Society for Evidence-Based Health Care (USEHC) was established in 2023 by Krzysztof Landa, M.D. and Dr. Sergiy Savych, advocates of Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) in Ukraine since 2011. Recognizing the critical need to integrate scientific evidence into healthcare practices, USEHC was founded to promote quality, efficiency, and patient-centered care throughout the Ukrainian healthcare system.

As a voluntary public association, USEHC unites individuals and organizations under the principles of unity, transparency, and public benefit. We aim to improve healthcare systems, protect patients’ rights, and ensure that medical decisions are guided by scientific evidence.
