Dr. Krzysztof Łanda, M.D., is a renowned expert in health policy, market access, and Health Technology Assessment (HTA), with over two decades of leadership experience in both public and private healthcare sectors across Europe. He currently serves as President of the Ukrainian Society for Evidence-Based Health Care and is a Partner at HTA Formedis Ltd., as well as CEO of MedInvest Scanner Ltd., a company focused on market access strategy and health technology evaluation.

Dr. Krzysztof Chlebus, M.D., MBA – is a Polish cardiologist and academic with extensive experience in healthcare management, innovation, cardiovascular prevention, and public health policy. He serves as Assistant Professor at the Medical University of Gdańsk and plays a leading role in the development of national programs for the diagnosis and management of familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) in Poland. His work combines clinical expertise, public health leadership, and strategic oversight in healthcare innovation and knowledge transfer.

Dr. Krzysztof Chlebus
Professor Yuriy Kuchyn, M.D., Ph.D. – is a prominent Ukrainian anesthesiologist, educator, and academic leader. Since 2020, he has served as Rector of Bogomolets National Medical University. A Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, and Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, he is also a Laureate of the Boris Paton National Prize of Ukraine (2022) and Honored Doctor of Ukraine. He is widely recognized for his leadership in anesthesiology, acute and chronic pain management, and advancement of medical education and research in Ukraine.
